Acceptance
By creating an account or using Zivo, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
The service
Zivo is an online tool for creating, downloading and sharing invoices. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including tax details, and for compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
Plans and payments
The Free plan includes 5 invoices per month and a Zivo watermark. The Pro plan is Rs 59 per month or Rs 499 per year and includes unlimited invoices and no watermark. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zivo for unlawful purposes, to issue false or misleading invoices, or to disrupt or misuse the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You allow us to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
Disclaimer and liability
Zivo is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using Zivo and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
