Information we collect

We collect your account information (email address, and name if provided), the business and invoice details you enter into Zivo, and basic technical data such as browser type. Pro payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI or bank credentials.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and secure the service, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that help us operate Zivo: Supabase (data storage and sign-in), Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting). We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and data at any time, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

You may access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at zivoinvoice.support@gmail.com.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by access controls so that each account can reach only its own data.

Children

Zivo is intended for users aged 18 and over.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
